I need to receive the net amount of the trade. Any discrepancy in amount received, will have to be borne by the buyer/sender.

I need MTCN number. Send a photo/scan of the receipt from WU. Don't mark the trade as paid before sharing a clear photo of proof of payment including MTCN, sender name, country, and exact amount to be collected.
Send money in EUR

I will give you my name and my country, so that you can send the funds.
Once you confirm that the payment was done, I go to WU office and I collect the cash.
I release the ethereum immediately after picking up the cash.
